FUEL CUBES
The AceCube Versatile fuel tank comes complete with two galvanized hatch lids and galvanized stacking corners. The innovative design allows the primary hatch lid to open up to a component ports plate which doubles up to act as a manhole cover.
To ensure efficient and unencumbered cleaning, maintenance and inspection the ingenious three tier component design allows the inner tank to be completely removed and disconnected. The fuel tank designs are “stackable and rackable” into 40 feet shipping containers for world wide transport. They are also stackable 3 high when empty and 2 high when full.
The fuel cube tank comes equipped with a spacious equipment chamber which engages a bespoke universal bracket system that can support retractable hose reels, along with a variety of pump dispensing kits, electric and rotary hand pumps. The cabinet has bi-direction forklift pockets, stacking brackets double up as lifting lugs providing ease of manoeuvrability.
PUMPSET TRAILERS
DXB are able to add more functionality to pumpsets up to 3,000kg by offering them as road legal trailers, complete with pipe racks and accessory boxes as required. The company can also offer these pumpsets with an optional crash-frame as well. For the larger pumpsets used in mining and quarrying these can also be provided on trailers, please get in touch for more details.
Suction and discharge hose
Suction and discharge hoses are usually made from a flexible PVC material, the hoses can range from rigid to super flexible depending on the application and durability needed. Available in sizes from 50mm to 300mm and complete with quick release couplings for low pressure and flanged couplings for high pressure applications.

Road ramps
Our road ramps enable vehicles to cross the hose without disrupting a pumping application when the hose needs to cross a road. The road ramps are fully galvanised and are capable of handling up to 22 tonnes. They can be adapted and are available as a standard single 10’ unit with a 6” inlet/outlet and Bauer style coupling or in larger quantities enabling you to link them together to provide longer sections.
Settlement Tanks
With many authorities including the Environment Agency now insisting that settlement tanks are used on specific applications, it is essential that a reliable tank is used to ensure full pumping capacity is maintained whilst avoiding blocked drains. The settlement tanks are designed to capture silt and suspended solids and prevent them from being discharged back into the watercourse. They are constructed from robust steel and feature a series of integral weir walls which aid effective settlement of the solids. These units also house multiple Bauer quick release couplings. Their design, which includes lifting eyes and drain bungs, enables two or more units to be linked together for multi-stage settlement, should this be required.
